1. Wind power mixed tower technology

In recent years, the domestic installed capacity continues to increase, and there are less and less wind resources in inland areas. The wind farm development area has transferred from the area with better wind resources in the past to the area with general wind resources. After the use of large diameter blades, the use of high tower has become the main technical means to improve the investment income.

At present, there are two main technical routes of high tower: all steel flexible tower and mixed tower (including steel-concrete tower and all concrete tower). When selecting the technical route of high tower, it is usually necessary to consider the basic parameters and control strategy of the whole machine, as well as the manufacture, transportation, installation and maintenance of the tower. Determined by the characteristics of concrete, the concrete tower has a series of advantages, such as good durability, low maintenance cost, high stiffness and no buckling problem. At the same time, there is no need to change the fan control strategy to achieve "frequency ride through", and it can match most models.

2. Breeze power generation technology

The duration of wind speed in different regions is different. Traditional wind turbines require a wind speed of more than 12 m / s in order to operate normally. However, in most inland regions, the wind speed is only 2-3 (breeze: 3-6 M / s) for a long time, which makes the traditional wind turbines unable to operate normally and even less popular. Therefore, we have developed a dual rotor permanent magnet wind turbine for many years. The dual rotor permanent magnet generator has a different rotation mode from the traditional motor. The armature rotor and the permanent magnet rotor rotate in reverse direction, and the power generation can be increased by many times under the same wind speed. The traditional generator generates less or no power in the breeze. The dual rotor generator can not only easily generate power in the breeze, but also achieve rated power. The running time is longer and the efficiency is higher, which is incomparable to the traditional wind turbine.
