Guangdong Hefa iron tower Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993. The company covers an area of about 83000 square meters, with a factory building area of about 70500 square meters. It is located in the hinterland of the Pearl River Delta, near the scenic Peach Garden Tourist Resort in Nanhai District of Foshan City and the famous CCTV Nanhai film and television city. Guihe Road, which runs through the city from north to south, passes in front of the company's gate, adjacent to Guangfo, Fokai and Guangsan expressways. It is 10km away from Guangzhou in the East and 15km away from Foshan in the West. It has superior geographical location, convenient transportation, complete supporting facilities for production and service, and can provide perfect services for customers.

Company products:

     The company's main products are 750kV and below series transmission line angle steel tower and 500kV and below steel tube tower, concrete pole cross arm and substation frame, 220kV and below steel tube pole component, microwave and communication full series iron tower, hot-dip galvanized screw, vacuum zinc infiltrating screw, etc., and undertake the hot-dip galvanizing and vacuum zinc infiltrating business of steel members. The annual production capacity of iron tower and steel members can reach 100000 tons, and that of hot-dip galvanizing can reach 200000 tons.

Product sales:

     Since it was put into operation in 1993, it has provided more than 300000 tons of steel components such as power tower, concrete pole cross arm and substation frame of various voltage levels to domestic and foreign power departments, and more than 50000 tons of microwave communication tower and steel tube tower of various models to the telecommunication industry. In addition to domestic products, they are also sold to Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, South Africa, West Africa, Sudan, Nigeria, Uganda, Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Congo, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, India, Myanmar, Indonesia and many other overseas countries and regions.      In 2003, it has successfully completed the processing task of the iron tower of 500kV Huizhou converter station Hengli double circuit AC power transmission line project, the first domestic project with a cross-section of 4 × 720mm2 per phase conductor. In 2005, the company completed the processing task of the whole tower of the 500kV Taishan Xiangshan power transmission line, a key project of Guangdong power grid, with a height of 120m and a single base weight of 500t skt721b Xijiang large crossing tower, marking that the comprehensive strength of the company ranks the leading level in China.

Management system:

     The company began to trial run the tower manufacturing computer management system in 2005. After one year's debugging and improvement, the computer management system has been fully used since October 2006. The whole management process from contract review to finished product warehousing (including production, warehousing, sales, human resources, equipment and other management) has been completed in the computer operating system.
